Our office is open Monday through Friday 9 AM - 5 PM. Patients are seen by appointment only, except in an emergency. Please extend us the courtesy of 24 hours advanced notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

Since Dr. Shapiro is performing surgery on a daily basis, there are times when she has been unable to see patients when scheduled. She has been known to be a perfectionist and as a result will not conclude a procedure until she feels that it has been adequately addressed by her standards. She realizes that you also have commitments and your time is important and she would appreciate your cooperation and patience.

Participation

We accept assignment on many insurances. It is best to ask Anna Marie, our office manager, before your visit with the doctor.

Fees, Insurance and Billing

Our office manager requests that you prepare for payment on the day of your visit or bring your appropriate insurance cards. The approximate charge for an initial visit varies. We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. Our office manager will file for primary and supplemental insurances. Please view a list of Insurance Participation Networks.
